GUAJILLO SAUCE CHIQUEN
INGREDIENTS:
4 Chicken Pieces
1/4 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
8 Tablespoon Lupita's Brand Guajillo Base
3 Cups of Water
Oil and Salt
(Optional: Potatoes and Carrots in Small Pieces)
PREPARATIONS:
1.- Cook the chicken with water, salt and a piece of onion, remove when ready.
2.- Blend 8 tablespoon of Lupita's Brand Guajillo Base with the onion, garlic and water. Pour into a saucepan with oil, let it simmer until it boils. Incorporate the cooked chicken.

BEEF STEAK IN ANCHO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
4 Beef Steak
3 Tablespoon of Lupita's Brand Ancho Base
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
Salt
(Optional: Sliced Potatoes and Tomatoes)
PREPARATIONS:
1.- Blend 3 Tablespoon of Lupita's Brand Ancho Base, the tomatoes, onion, garlic and season with salt.
2.-Seal the beefsteaks in a skillet and incorporate the sauce. Cook with low heat for 15 minutes until the beef is well cooked and the sauce thicken.

INGREDIENTS:
4 Beef Steak
3 Tablespoon of Lupita's Brand Pasilla Base.
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1 Garlic Clove, Salt
(Optional: Potatoes and Carrots in Pieces).
PREPARATIONS:
1.- For the Sauce, blend 3 tablespoon of Lupita's Brand Pasilla Base, the tomatoes, onion, garlic and season with salt.
2.- Seal the beefsteaks in a skillet and incorporate the sauce. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the beet is well cooked and the sauce thicken.
